1.What are your Shipping times?
Orders typically ship the next business day and therefore should reach your doorstep within an estimated three (3) to five (5) business days within US/Canada. However, many items may have specific estimated timeframes for delivery. Therefore, it is always best to check the product description pages(s) to get estimated delivery time frames. For international shipping, we reserve the right to provide a delivery time frame after purchase since timeframes may vary depending on the suppliers’ logistics.

2. Can I cancel my order?
 Yes, cancelling an order is permissible before shipping. But, it is advisable to notify us as soon as possible prior to order shipment. (Please see the ‘Cancelled Orders Before Shipping’ section of Returns & Refunds tab)

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
Please note that all ordered items regarding model, color or electrical configuration are final. Misunderstandings in the online ordering process thereby leading to an unwanted order would be considered a ‘Non-defective remorse return’ should the customer seek to return the product. Suppliers may or may not honor the request and restocking fees may also apply (See “Returns & Refunds tab for details).

4. Where are you located?
Ethos Kitchenware is a e-commerce or online kitchen appliance and gadget retail store. We do not have any ‘brick and mortar’ locations but our head offices originate within the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, USA. Our exclusive online footprint make is possible for us to actually serve our customers better since our brand is not limited by geography. Also, our online store diligently tries to focus on variety and functionality regrading product curation.
